PG&E - Camp Fire

Just for Men®

Just For Men® contains p-Phenylenediamine (PPD), a dark chemical used in their hair dye known to cause health risks. It is believed the amount of PPD used in the Jet Black color shade was approximately 17 times greater than the amount of PPD used in lighter color shades.

Syngenta allegedly sold genetically modified corn seed that China refused to import, causing about 600,000 farmers and other producers across the Midwest to lose billions of dollars.

Plaintiffs allege that, for over two decades, drug makers widely advertised their opioid products as virtually non-addictive, even when prescribed for a patient’s long-term pain management.

Invokana

Invokana (canagliflozin) is an SGLT2 inhibitor, which is a medication that works by lowering blood glucose levels. For many patients, the use of Invokana triggered side effects so severe they needed hospitalization. Others suffered permanent disability, including amputation.

Dr. Zamora

South Texas rheumatologist Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada is charged with misdiagnosing patients so he could support a “lavish” and “opulent lifestyle,” according to the U.S. Justice Department. His unnecessary treatments included chemotherapy drugs and other toxic substances.
