GARRY MAURO

Mr. Mauro is a practicing attorney in Texas and the District of Columbia as well as a licensed stockbroker. He has worked for over 30 years at the local, state, and national levels on behalf of private and public sector entities.

From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Mauro served as Commissioner of the Texas General Land Office, overseeing the management of more than 20 million acres of state land, 18,000 oil and gas wells, and the state’s benefit program for Veterans. During his tenure as Commissioner, he also chaired the Veterans Land Board, the School Land Board, the Parks and Wildlife Board For Lease, the Texas Department of Corrections Board For Lease, the Permanent University Fund Board For Lease, the Coastal Coordination Council and the Texas Alternative Fuels Council and co-chaired the Sustainable Energy Development Council.

Mr. Mauro has received numerous honors and awards for his civic and philanthropic contributions in environmental, political, and business arenas, including the “Man of the Year Award” from the Texas League of Women Voters and the “Rising Star of Texas Award” from Texas Business Magazine. Mr. Mauro has been an independent member of the Board of Directors for LifeVantage Corporation since April 2008 and served as the chairman of the Board of Directors from November 2013 until November 2023.

Traditionally known as a nationally recognized political thought leader, Christian Archer’s latest endeavor is perhaps the most ambitious of his career. He has created a company that is indeed a unicorn and is on target to become a leader in the mass tort industry.

Combining his political experience with his natural entrepreneurship ability, he has launched Perfected Claims, a company specializing in handling Mass Tort Claims. The company’s differentiation is its ability to be nimble while giving clients the one-on-one service that individuals who have been injured and or harmed, the kind of one-on-one attention they deserve when experiencing what, in many cases, is the worst disaster of their lives. Through his efforts and the efforts of the team he has built at Perfect Claims, clients will have a partner in navigating complex litigation and the opportunity to seek justice when wronged.

Christian Archer’s journey from a political thought leader to a multifaceted entrepreneur and artist reflects his relentless pursuit of success and impact across various fields. Christian’s exceptional reputation and success in governmental relations led business leaders, professional organizations, and corporations to seek his expertise in developing strategic political relations. Fortune 500 companies, international corporate CEOs, NFL football teams, and various business leaders have all benefited from his understanding of local and state politics.

Renowned as “the closer” and “the go-to Democratic strategist for Texas,” Christian’s winning campaign track record has significantly contributed to San Antonio’s economic growth and viability. Notably, he successfully steered the passage of over $1.9 billion in city bond referendums between 2007 and 2012 and the record-breaking $850 million bond in 2017. The public overwhelmingly supported these campaigns, fostering genuine economic development in San Antonio.

Christian is the father of three and resides in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, with his partner Sandra.

ALICIA O'NEILL

Alicia O’Neill grew up in Galveston, Texas, and graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, Texas, where she served as first chair counsel in misdemeanor and felony trials, appeals, and writs of habeas corpus for more than a decade.

During her time as a prosecutor, Alicia gained extensive experience investigating cases, specifically in scientific analysis and interrogation techniques. She specialized in handling sexual assault and domestic violence cases and in defending the rights of women and children. Alicia’s passion has always been fighting for the rights of those who have been harmed and ensuring that they get the justice that they deserve.

Alicia entered private practice in 2013 and has continued to pursue her passion for protecting the rights of individuals. Her practice specializes in intake and fully and effectively working up damages in Mass Tort cases. Alicia has successfully directed a number of Mass Tort teams that coordinated client intake, relations, development, maturation, and damages building for dockets ranging from hundreds of clients to ten thousand clients.

Over the years, and in many state and federal courts, Alicia has successfully handled cases involving: mass torts, sexual assault, sexual harassment, harmful pharmaceuticals, personal injury, contract disputes, and fraud.  Alicia served as lead counsel in more than forty-five jury trials and has spoken extensively across the country regarding sexual assault and DNA analysis as an investigative tool. She is also an accomplished appellate attorney and has successfully argued in State appellate court. Alicia was also featured on the TNT true-crime show Cold Justice: Sex Crimes, which aired in 2014 and 2015. The series followed Alicia and another attorney across the United States to help law enforcement officials investigate and litigate sexual assault cases.

During her tenure as a partner at Mauro Archer O’Neill, she led the ground team intake for several Mass Torts.
